About Us
Belmont Water Corporation's sole purpose is to provide safe clean drinking water to its members.
Belmont Water Corporation is a non-profit corporation established in 1960 to provide drinking water to the Belmont Country Club Estates located south of Belmont Avenue and east of De Wolf Avenue adjacent to the Belmont Country Club in Fresno County east of Fresno, California.
Belmont Water Corporation has forty membership households, each a residential home. Belmont Water Corporation is operated by a Certified Water Operator licensed by the California Environmental Protection Agency, State Water Resources Control Board, Division of Drinking Water Programs (SWRCB). Water samples are drawn on a timetable prescribed by SWRCB and tested in a local laboratory for contaminants. If a contaminant is found, immediate corrective action is taken. Annual reports of water quality are sent to SWRCB and the membership households. A copy of the annual reports are also found in the Notices section.
Belmont Water Corporation is managed by a board of directors elected annually by the membership. The current elected board is listed in the Contact Us section of this website.
